►Project introduction: Tianjin Binhai New Area Hangu Waste-to-energy Power Plant Binhai New Area No. 1 Waste-to-energy Plant is located in Chadian Town, southwest of Hangu, between Tanghan Road and Tanghan Expressway. The project is divided into two phases of construction, the first phase of the project will process 1,500 tons of domestic waste per day, and finally reach 2,000 tons of domestic waste per day.
The total investment of the project is 807 million yuan, and the main equipment of the first phase of the project adopts three reciprocating grate incinerators produced by Keppel Sieges of Belgium and C12-3.80/1.4 extraction steam turbine units produced by Hangzhou Steam Turbine Factory. The designed annual power generation capacity of the first phase of the project is 1. 500 million kWh, with an annual on-grid electricity of 120 million kWh, is equivalent to saving 80,000 tons of standard coal every year.
Because the ash bin and reactor have been in a low temperature state for a long time, a large amount of fly ash has been condensed, and the dust has a certain corrosiveness. It will cause the channel to block and corrode the outer wall, so it is necessary to trace the heat of the ash bin and the lower part of the reactor and related equipment, as well as the pipes and valves of the screw conveyor, chain conveyor to bucket elevator, so as to solve the problem of fly ash condensation on the surface of the equipment after waste incineration.

After receiving the Tianjin Hangu Waste Incineration Power Plant project, through on-site investigation and understanding of the local climate and environment, combined with the actual requirements of users, the technical staff of our company designed a complete set of special electric heat tracing insulation heating system according to the working temperature requirements of ash hoppers and pipelines in different environments, which stabilized the work.
