1. understand the nature of the survey site in advance: the material of the pipeline or tank, the medium of storage or transportation, the on-site ambient temperature, the temperature of the pipeline or tank, the working temperature that needs to be maintained, whether it is a special environment, pipeline direction drawings, construction drawings, etc.
2. Prepare survey equipment: such as mobile phones, tape measures, compasses, drawing instruments, cameras or video recorders, etc.
3. Coordinate the on-site docking person, and do a good job in the division of labor of the on-site personnel.
2. Field investigation
1, observe the on-site environment, and take photos of the key positions in the direction and the whole picture, and record the original state of the scene.
2. Study the location, length or other contents that need to be investigated one by one. And take pictures, make drawings, record parameters or current conditions, etc.
3. Check the distribution of power cord points in the field.
3. Technical exchanges
After determining the project scope, pipeline direction, route layout and other information through on-site investigation, further technical exchanges will be carried out with customers to discuss the preliminary project planning plan.
Fourth, sort out the record
1, sort out the data pictures of the on-site survey and make statistics.
