1.Commitment to product quality
1.1.The warranty period of the electric heat tracing series products produced by our company is 2-5 years; From the date of receipt or acceptance, the product will be guaranteed free of charge during the warranty period, lifelong maintenance, and product quality will be guaranteed three times.
1.2.The service life of the electric heat trace series products produced by our company is not less than 10 years.
1.3.Our company is responsible for free replacement of electric heat tracing series products due to product quality problems due to non-human factors in the use of non-human factors in the process of user use.
1.4.The electric heat tracing project undertaken by our company will be subject to 1-year free warranty and lifelong maintenance from the date of acceptance.
1.5.The products produced by our company and sold by our company provide 1-year door-to-door warranty service, and the products that cannot be repaired in time on site can be replaced by products of the same specification and quality free of charge.
1.6.Due to the user's use, improper management or product failure beyond the warranty period, our company provides services, and the relevant material costs are borne by the user (except for the operation and maintenance agreement).

3.Respond to service time-frame commitments
3.1. Reply to the user within 30 minutes of receiving the user's call for help in the city, and rush to the scene within 12 hours.
