1. Technological exchanges
According to the on-site investigation of the project site and the planning of the engineering plan, further technical exchanges will be made with the customer's technical personnel to solve the doubts involved in the project plan.
2. System design
1. The design of the electric heat tracing system should not only consider meeting the technical requirements, but also take into account the economy to ensure the optimization of the cost.
2. The calculation of the heat tracing required by the electric heating system should be calculated according to the ambient temperature, ambient wind speed, maintenance temperature of the equipment, temperature borne by the equipment, insulation materials and other factors in the area where the project is located.
3. The selection of components of the distribution circuit of the electric heat tracing control box should be selected according to the length of the heat tracing circuit and the starting current, and the starting current should not be greater than 80% of the setting value.
3. Drawing deepening
According to the overall technical requirements of the project and the system design scheme, the project drawings involved are deepened, including technical standards, product selection, design principles, control principles, construction drawings, engineering specifications, etc.
4. Bill of Materials
Through the in-depth design of the overall project, the product model and quantity are determined, and the list of products required for the project is counted, and submitted to the Ministry of Commerce for project communication.
5. Confirmation of the plan
After the overall project design is completed, the plan shall be confirmed with Party A's personnel, and if there are any objections, it is necessary to communicate and modify them in time to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of the final design plan.
