1. Construction training
Before the project enters the construction and installation, we must do a good job in safety education and training before construction. Improve the sense of responsibility and consciousness of the construction team on safe construction, help team members grasp the knowledge of safety technology, improve the level of safe operation, and master the response measures in emergency situations, so as to lay the foundation for avoiding and reducing casualties.
2. On-site installation
According to the detailed design drawings of the project, construction specifications, construction requirements and other data documents, the construction and installation shall be carried out in a safe and orderly manner. Combined with the actual situation of the site, control the overall construction progress, and complete the overall construction and installation work on time with quality and quantity.
3. Power-on test
During the overall construction of the project, after the installation of the electric heat tracing and its control system, it is necessary to carry out a power-on test to detect whether the power supply is short-circuited, whether the components are debugged, whether the system function is normal, etc., if there is an abnormal situation, it is necessary to debug and deal with it in time to ensure the normal operation of the overall system.
4. Acceptance and delivery
After the electric heat tracing system is energized and tested, the remaining part of the construction will be carried out to complete the construction and installation of the overall project. Notify Party A's personnel to carry out on-site acceptance, and deliver it to Party A after all acceptances are passed.
5. Technical disclosure
After the construction acceptance and delivery of the overall project, the technical personnel will sort out all the technical data, including the list of materials, technical parameters, deepening drawings, installation drawings, control system drawings, etc., and hand them over to the technical personnel of Party A, and do a good job in the overall technical handover.
6. Project handover
After the overall completion of the project, do a good job of handover, including engineering technical documents, construction drawings, design documents, equipment configuration lists, concealed engineering instructions, etc.
