(4) Laying electric heat tape generally from the upper end of the instrument piping. (6) for the maintenance of the part of the possible demolition, electric heat tape should not be wrapped around the top, can be along the pipeline on both sides with alkali glass cloth tape tied. When overhauling, first partially remove the electric heat tape, and then remove the other parts to avoid damage.
(7) electric heat tape installation and test power supply after normal, and then blackout for insulation and waterproof layer construction. Each pipeline insulation construction should be completed at once, the insulation layer can be used glass wool or cotton and other insulation materials, insulation layer can be made according to the size of the diameter of the pipe and the required temperature of the appropriate thickness, to try to be uniform.
