Working Principle of Self-limiting Temperature Heating Belt
  Features: It can automatically limit the temperature during heating and automatically adjust the output power according to the temperature of the heated body without any additional equipment; it can be arbitrarily shortened or extended within a certain length range, and allows multiple cross-overlapping without the worry of high temperature overheating and burning.   electric heating belt is composed of nano-conductive carbon particles and two parallel busbars with an insulating layer. Due to this parallel structure, all self-limiting temperature heating cables can be cut into any length on site and connected with two-way or three-way junction boxes.
  In each heating cable, the number of circuits between the busbars changes with the influence of temperature. When the temperature around the heating cable becomes cold, the conductive plastic produces micro-molecular contraction and connects the carbon particles to form a circuit. The current passes through these circuits and makes the heating cable heat up.
  When the temperature rises, the conductive plastic produces micro-molecular expansion, and the carbon particles gradually separate, causing the circuit to be interrupted, the resistance to rise, and the heating cable will automatically reduce the power output.
  When the temperature becomes cold, the plastic returns to the state of micro-molecular contraction, and the carbon particles are connected accordingly to form a circuit, and the heating power of the heating cable automatically increases.
  Self-limiting temperature heating cable has advantages that other heating equipment does not have. The temperature it controls will not be too high or too low because the temperature is automatically adjusted.

  Classification by application

  According to the different compositions of polymer PTC materials, self-limiting temperature heating electric heating belts are divided into two types: low temperature type, medium temperature type and high temperature type. The
  maintenance temperature of low temperature heating belts is 65℃, and the tolerance temperature is 105℃. The maintenance temperature of medium temperature heating belts is 110℃, and the tolerance temperature is 135℃. The maintenance temperature of high temperature heating belts is 135℃, and the tolerance temperature is 170℃.

1. The self-controlling electric heating cable is composed of conductive plastic and two parallel busbars with an insulating layer.
