    ►The structure of self-control temperature preservation box

    1. The outer skin of the box of the heat preservation box is made of 1~1.2mm stainless steel plate or cold rolled steel plate, the inner wall is made of cold rolled steel plate bending, and the inner and outer walls are filled with materials with high heat preservation performance.

    4. The box is equipped with front, back, left and right movable transmitter bracket, riser outer diameter -60mm.

    5. 40mm high channel steel reinforcement ring is installed around the bottom of the box, and 4xp10mm holes are reserved for ground bolts, which is convenient for on-site installation and fixing.

    6. According to user requirements, the left side of the box is equipped with power switches and terminal boards for connecting and controlling the AC power supply and signals, as well as the control of the box outside the conductive tube electric heat tape.

    7. The metal shell (except stainless steel) and the inner cavity of the box are all anticorrosive and antirust treatment, and can be painted or electrostatic spraying according to the user's requirements.

    ► Installation instructions

    1. The heat preservation box is generally required to be placed on the iron bench with four 10mm holes and fastened with bolts.

    2. insulation box before putting into operation, to measure the insulation resistance to ground, the resistance value is not less than 10OMQ. outer skin to be reliably grounded.

    3. In the installation of the thermal insulation box, shall not be welded or overheating operations on the inner and outer walls of the box, in order to prevent damage to the thermal insulation layer.

    4. If the user requires a new hole in the heat preservation box, can be in any position in the back wall, the side can only be 150mm from the outside of the back wall within the two sides of the region to open a hole

    5. The installation of the transmitter in the box: ZWX a 1,2,3-type incubator, suitable for the installation of three-valve integration of the transmitter; ZWX-4,5.6-type incubator, suitable for the installation of discrete three-valve + transmitter; drain valve placed outside the box.

    6. In and out of the box pressure conduit holes, power lines and signal line holes, respectively, equipped with metal locks to protect the line and connect the threads of the snakeskin hose.After installation, be sure to seal all the holes, in order to prevent the temperature inside the box.

    7. The box is equipped with double-throw air switch and power supply.Signal terminal block, the power supply of the box has been connected to the lower port of the switch, the rest of the user can refer to the terminal wiring diagram 3 (right, only for ZKW-2.5) for connection according to the needs of the user.
