► Installation and use
1、The instrument protection box should be installed vertically, and the foot of the box should be connected with the foot bolt or welded, or it can be customized by the user according to the site conditions.
2、When installing the transmitter, first remove the back wall of the case of the pressure pipe into the box plate (also according to the user's requirements of the side wall into the box), and then according to the number of holes in the pressure pipe, penetrate into the sealing ring and the pressure pipe and then re-installed after the wear tube plate.
3、When the flexible silicone rubber heating plate is put into use, firstly, close the power switch of the distribution box, and then supply power to each circuit in turn, the operator should measure the current value of each circuit at any time and make a record.

► Instrumentation protection box structure characteristics.
1. The box body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate bent and welded, and can also be made of stainless steel plate according to user requirements.The top cover of the box is one-way slope type, water will not penetrate into the box, the door of the box is sealed with high-quality sealing strips, which can prevent rain and dust.The box body is splash-proof sealing type, which can reach the protection level of IP54-IP65 according to the user's requirements.
The six sides of the peal box body have 25~30mm thick flame retardant type heat insulation layer, the material has the advantages of small thermal conductivity, small capacity, flame retardant, non-toxic, good waterproof and corrosion resistance.The surface is made of galvanized plate or aluminum plate as a protective layer.The heat preservation structure of the case is characterized by simple construction, durability and good heat preservation.
3. The transmission is installed on the horizontal galvanized frame in the box body which can adjust the height freely.Left, right, up and down coordinates can be adjusted with the help of long holes on the corner of the box column, easy to install.
4. The pressure conduit introduced into the box can be installed from the back side of the box into the square hole, and then sealed with a tube through the board, the end of the tube through the board with the knock-down hole, sealed with sealing mud.
5. There is lighting on the top of the box, controlled by travel switch, the door is open and lighted, the door is closed and lighted, so it is very convenient for maintenance.
6. There is a LED digital display meter on the door of the box to show the temperature inside the box, which is convenient for the operator to overhaul the thermal insulation inside the box.
7. The cable can be introduced from the ground or side of the box, the cable connector specifications by the design or user decision.
8. Inside the box, there are rails for installation of electrical parts, which are used for fixing relays, switches and so on.
9. The inside and outside surfaces of the box are sprayed with plastic, and the color is decided by the user.
