2) lining Technical Description: lining layer is mainly used to fix the electric heating wire and play a good insulation effect. ► Application scope of flexible heating jacket
Flexible heating jacket is widely used in petrochemical, chemical engineering, spinning, metallurgy, electric power, construction, kiln, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, ships, tires and other fields of thermal equipment and a variety of pipelines, HVAC and refrigeration units.It is suitable for all kinds of pipelines, equipment insulation heat preservation, is the ideal pipeline equipment insulation materials!Such as pipelines, elbows, flanges, valves, sight glasses, tees, chemical reactors, equipment, thermal power and nuclear power turbine units, heads, pumps, steel mills, and other high-temperature environment, such as instrumentation boxes, heat exchangers, engine exhausts and other shaped parts.
Our company has developed four major types of products independently:
(1) Internal temperature preservation type: preservation of "the internal temperature of the insulated body", so that the internal heat energy and the outside world does not produce heat exchange (convection, radiation, transmission).Ensure that the production of the necessary temperature, so that the maximum utilization of internal heat, to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
(2) Heating insulation type: through the point heating makes the pipeline in a constant temperature state.So that the external factors can not be transmitted to the insulated body inside, affecting the normal working temperature of the insulated body, and even damage to equipment, parts, instruments and so on.
(3) Anti-freezing type: prevent the external low temperature affects the working temperature inside the insulated body.Mainly used for pipeline, equipment, instrumentation, instrumentation frost and process stabilization, the materials used and the form of thermal insulation coat according to the site requirements.
(4) Low-temperature refrigeration type: prevent the external high temperature from transferring to the low-temperature cold preservation area.
► Flexible heating jacket working principle and characteristics
In the manufacture of semiconductor integrated circuits, there are many processing procedures carried out in the high temperature vacuum chamber, in this environment, the waste produced are directly sublimated into the gas phase discharged through the vacuum pipeline.If in the discharge process, the temperature drops too much, these gases can be deposited in the pipeline or a variety of valves, if not timely removal of these deposits, will increase the wafer quality defects, reduce the efficiency of the vacuum system.
In response to this situation, our company integrates our heat insulation and heating products to maintain the temperature of pipelines and valves.According to the customer's requirements and the shape of the pipeline is customized.
Flexible heating jacket is mainly composed of four layers, which are heating layer, inner lining, thermal insulation layer and outer protection layer. We control the working temperature of the heating jacket by setting the temperature sensor (PT100) inside the heating layer and the thermal protection device through the signal line connected to the thermostat on the circuit control box.
