► How it works
The temperature sensor installed on the pipeline will be transmitted to the temperature control instrument in the intelligent temperature control distribution box through the signal cable, and the temperature control meter will compare the received temperature with the set temperature, when the current temperature is greater than the set temperature, the electric heating will not work, and when the current temperature is less than the set temperature, the electric heating will start to work, in order to avoid frequent starting, a return difference will generally be set.

► Construction and installation
1. The diameter of the water heater pipe is less than 3 cm (including 3 cm), and a single parallel installation method is adopted. The solar electric heat trace is close to the pipeline, laid in parallel, leaving no gap between the electric heat trace and the pipeline, and fixed with pressure-sensitive tape or aluminum foil tape, and then covered with a better waterproof insulation layer.
2. If the diameter of the water heater pipe is greater than 3 cm, the winding installation method shall be adopted. The solar electric heat trace is close to the pipe, and the parallel winding is laid at equal distances, and attention is paid to keeping the electric heat trace flat as much as possible without discounting. It should be fixed with aluminum foil tape or pressure-sensitive tape, and then covered with a sealed, waterproof insulation layer.
Precautions
1. When using this product, it is necessary to configure a leakage protection switch with corresponding current and work in a dry state.
2. It is strictly forbidden to expose the solar electric heat trace to the insulation layer, otherwise the heat loss will be too much and the service life will be affected.
3. Please install the solar belt correctly, and do a good job of waterproof insulation treatment of the first and last end wiring and head to prevent the circuit from short circuit, causing the consequences of burning the core belt.
4. Before use in winter, the electric heat tracing should be inspected annually to test its insulation, waterproofness, damage, etc., and after the test is complete, it can be closed. 5. The installation of programs and special accessories should refer to the company's installation instructions。
