► How it works
The sensing device in the automatic controller of the system is installed on the railway switch track. Once it snows or freezes, the induction device will have induction, and at the same time, the signal will be transmitted to the intelligent temperature control distribution box supplied by the automatic controller, and the power supply on the distribution box will be connected to the power supply system to send the current to the electric mixing tropics, and the electric heat tracing will begin to heat up, and the heat will be transferred to the turnout, the turnout will heat up, and the ice and snow will melt. Once the sensor senses that there is no ice or snow in the turnout, it transmits the information to the intelligent temperature control distribution box of the power supply through the automatic controller, and the distribution box automatically turns off the power supply, so as to achieve automatic control.

► Construction and installation
Installation specification steps: check whether the surface of the track is polished smooth and free of burrs and sharp edges, dry and free of dirt; Check whether the paint inside the pipe is dry and the gas has evaporated for more than 3 weeks; Check whether the corresponding heating tracing materials and accessories are consistent with the materials in the design table; Check whether the materials required for construction are in good condition, etc.
Key points of construction and installation: the installation of electric heat tracing on the track generally adopts the way of straight paving, during installation, every interval of 300-600mm is fixed with heat-resistant pressure-sensitive tape, after the installation is completed, cover a layer of aluminum foil tape along the direction of the electric heat tracing, which is used to increase the heating area of the pipeline, the power junction box and the temperature sensor are fixed on the track with stainless steel tape, and the two-way junction box and the three-way junction box are fixed with heat-resistant pressure-sensitive tape.
