    ► Construction and installation

    Installation specification steps: check whether the surface of the pipeline is polished smooth and free of burrs and sharp edges, dry and free of dirt; Check whether the paint inside the pipe is dry and the gas has evaporated for more than 3 weeks; Check whether the corresponding heating tracing materials and accessories are consistent with the materials in the design table; Check whether the materials required for construction are in good condition, etc.

     Construction and installation points: the installation of electric heat tracing on the pipeline is generally used in the way of straight laying or winding, during installation, every 300-600mm interval is fixed with heat-resistant pressure-sensitive tape, after the installation is completed, along the direction of the heating cable covered with a layer of aluminum foil tape, used to increase the heating area of the pipeline, the power junction box and the temperature sensor are fixed on the pipeline with stainless steel tape, the two-way junction box and the three-way junction box are not high in temperature, can be fixed with heat-resistant pressure-sensitive tape, When the temperature is higher than 200°C, it is generally fixed with stainless steel cable ties.
