    ► How it works

    Heating principle: the main engine of the equipment turns the power frequency electricity into a high-frequency power supply of 15-25kHz, and the constantly changing high-frequency magnetic field acts on the metal body of the throttle valve and pressure regulator pipeline through the induction blanket to produce eddy current, so that the metal itself heats up.  

    The induction blanket is installed on the pipeline and powered by a portable generator, which can be heated at multiple points in complex terrain due to its small size and light weight

    ► Construction and installation

    Installation specification steps: check whether the surface of the pipeline is polished smooth and free of burrs and sharp edges, dry and free of dirt; Check whether the paint inside the pipe is dry and the gas has evaporated for more than 3 weeks; Check whether the corresponding heating tracing materials and accessories are consistent with the materials in the design table; Check whether the materials required for construction are in good condition, etc.
