When the mud pump is operated in winter, the medium transported in the pump will be condensed due to the weather, and it is very difficult to work normally after condensation, so it is necessary to use antifreeze equipment for insulation and thawing.

► How it works
Heating principle: the main engine of the equipment turns the power frequency electricity into a high-frequency power supply of 15-25kHz, and the constantly changing high-frequency magnetic field acts on the metal body of the throttle valve and pressure regulator pipeline through the induction blanket to produce eddy current, so that the metal itself heats up.
The induction blanket is installed on the pipeline and powered by a portable generator, which can be heated at multiple points in complex terrain due to its small size and light weight

► Construction and installation
