Flue gas online monitoring heat tracing system

In the field of industrial emission monitoring, online flue gas monitoring is a key link to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Because the flue gas contains a variety of harmful substances, such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides, these substances are easy to condense and adhere to the inner wall of the sampling pipe in a low temperature environment, resulting in inaccurate measurement results. Therefore, the use of a heat tracing system to maintain the temperature of the sampling pipe and prevent the condensation of moisture and harmful components in the flue gas is essential to ensure the accuracy of the monitoring data.

  • Description
    • Commodity name: Flue gas online monitoring heat tracing system

    ► Application scenarios

The heat tracing system keeps the temperature of the sampling pipe above the flue gas dew point by providing continuous and stable heat, avoiding water vapor condensation and deposition of harmful substances. This not only improves the accuracy of monitoring data, but also extends the life of the equipment and reduces maintenance costs.

    ► How it works

A heat tracing system typically consists of heating cables, temperature controllers, insulation, and an auxiliary power supply. Heating cables are laid along the sampling line to provide stable heat by means of electric heating. The temperature controller automatically adjusts the heating power according to the preset temperature range to maintain a constant line temperature. Insulation is used to reduce heat loss and improve the energy efficiency of the system.

    ► Construction and installation

    1. Construction preparation and process planning

Detailed preparation and process planning are required before construction begins. This includes an assessment of the site environment, the preparation of the required materials and tools, and the training of construction personnel. Proper process planning can ensure that construction runs smoothly and avoids unnecessary delays and increased costs.

    2. Key points of quality control

Quality control is a crucial part of the entire construction process. The quality of the materials needs to be checked regularly, the construction process supervised, and the finished system rigorously tested. Only through comprehensive quality control can the long-term stable operation of the system be ensured.

    3. Acceptance criteria and procedures

After the installation is completed, the acceptance of the system needs to be carried out. Acceptance criteria include aspects such as system integrity, safety, functionality, etc. The acceptance process should include steps such as visual inspection, performance testing, and safety assessment. Only systems that meet all acceptance criteria can be put into service.
