► Notes
1. According to actual needs, cut the electric heating cable into the required length within the maximum use length.
2. When installing the electric heating cable, you should not make hard bends or pull or press it for a long distance. Care should be taken to prevent the outer insulation layer of the electric heating cable from being scratched or damaged. Be careful not to exceed the maximum use length of the electric heating cable. For details, please refer to the specific parameters on the packaging certificate of each roll.
3. It is strictly forbidden to twist the tail wires of the electric heating cable. The tail end should be sealed and insulated with a special terminal sleeve of Yatailong to prevent water from entering the tail end of the electric heating cable and causing a short circuit.

4. The electric heating tape is applied along the outdoor inlet and outlet pipes, and is fixed with heat-resistant pressure-sensitive tape or aluminum tape every 300-500 mm to ensure that the electric heating tape is tightly combined with the pipeline and has a flat appearance. It is strictly forbidden to tie the electric heating tape with metal wire. The head end cover and the terminal cover must be waterproof, insulated, and sealed, and standardized operation must be carried out to ensure its service life. After the electric heating tape is installed in place, aluminum foil tape can be added to stick it tightly to the outer wall of the pipeline in the direction of the electric heating tape to improve and increase heat conduction. After the electric heating system is installed, it must be checked and correct, and finally the insulation layer is installed. The insulation layer must be tightly wrapped around the pipeline to reduce heat loss and ensure a good heating effect.
5. The power terminals of the electric heating tape are of unequal length. The two wires at the head end of the electric heating tape must be firmly connected to the power supply. The two terminals are crimped and fixed with copper terminals and then put into a single heat shrink tubing for insulation. Then pass through the Y-type sealing sleeve (heat-resistant sealant can be added inside for secondary insulation and waterproofing) to prevent the electric heating tape heating element from short-circuiting due to external water seepage.
6. When the electric heating cable is installed near flammable materials, its pipeline must be properly fireproofed. The fireproof layer can be isolated with non-flammable materials such as iron pipes or flame-retardant pipes. If it is found that the fireproof treatment is not done, all consequences and responsibilities will not be related to our company. (Safety Tips: Please choose Yatailong special accessories)
7. After the pipeline is covered with external insulation, the insulation resistance of the electric heating cable should be measured again to ensure normal and safe use. The insulation resistance>20MΩ
