YOW system is suitable for high pressure 105Mpa , as well as medium and low pressure oil(gas) wells downhole cleaning/anti-wax.YOW system has many safety measures such as multi-stage sealing with metal/pancake, self-closing wellhead, automatic release ofT-cablein case of uncontrollable limit, for effective well control, etc., to ensure the safety of wellhead.The YOW system also has the advantage of saving time and money.Another outstanding advantage of the YOW system is that it eliminates the cumbersome process of repeating the work every time the wax is removed, which seriously affects the production capacity, and realizes theunlimited removal of waxthroughautomatic/manualwork at one time, streamlining the production process and improving the production time.
The principle of the YOW system is that the inductively heated armored Tac cable is suspended directly from the wellhead by means of a sealed suspension; the inductively heated T-cable is lowered betweenthe oil and the casing to the point of wax junction, , and is directly connected to the tubing, which becomes the heating body.The oil pipe becomes the heating body.Realization of oil (gas) wells for clearing/anti-waxing.
