► Product Structure
Industrial electric blanket basically consists of heating layer, appearance layer, heat preservation layer and temperature control and insurance components.
1. Heat preservation layer
The insulation layer uses glass fiber felt.It has flame retardancy, good heat resistance; relatively high resistance and low dielectric constant; good resistance to corrosive chemicals such as acids and alkalis.
2.Appearance layer
According to the actual use of the electric blanket, the exterior layer is made of waterproof and flame retardant fabric.In daily use, it can prevent the inner part of the electric blanket from being damaged due to water splashing or a small amount of liquid spilling.This material also has a certain degree of flame retardancy to ensure the safety of use in production.
3. Heating layer
The heating layer is made of glass fiber aluminum foil or waterproof flame retardant fabric.
3.1 Aluminum Foil Cloth
Generally, in the case of non-special or customer-specific requirements, aluminum foil cloth is used as the heating surface.Aluminum Foil Cloth:That is, a layer of aluminum foil is adhered to the glass fiber base cloth.The fiberglass base cloth ensures wear-resistance, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance and very good electrical parameters in use; while the aluminum foil attached on the outside ensures the overall thermal conductivity of the electric blanket very well, so that the temperature of the whole heating surface of the electric blanket is very uniform, avoiding local overheating or local low temperature situation.
3.2 Waterproof and flame retardant cloth
In some special occasions, such as: strong electricity (and metal contact is easy to produce sparks) or other metal is not applicable to the occasion, in order to avoid danger or comply with customer requirements, will use other waterproof flame-retardant fabrics to replace the aluminum foil cloth as a heating surface.Fabric heating surface of good flexibility, easy to bend, for the pipeline package heating type of curly way of using the customer has more advantages.
