► How it works

► Construction and installation
Key points of construction and installation: The wires of each heating cable leading to the thermostat are composed of live wire, neutral wire and ground wire, and come separately from the empty opening of the distribution box to the thermostat. There should be no other electrical appliances in parallel on the line in the middle.
The thermostat of heating cable floor heating should be selected in a place where the air temperature is uniform, and should not be selected in a place where the air temperature changes greatly such as the corner of the wall, the door, and the window. The height of the thermostat from the ground should be between 1.2-1.5 meters, and cabinets, bonsai and other items that hinder the temperature measurement of the thermostat should not be placed underneath.
During the construction of the plumber, if the water pipe and line pipe are on the ground, they should be grooved or all along the wall, and should not be raised in the middle. After the end of water and electricity, before laying floor heating, the field where floor heating is laid should be cleaned. If the ground is uneven, it should be leveled first.
When the electrician arranges the wires, the position of the thermostat needs to be embedded with 86 cassette. The section from the thermostat to the ground should be opened, and the width of the groove depends on the specific situation.
Before the heating cable floor heating is laid, the ground should be made of a waterproof layer, and the wall height of the waterproof layer should reach 1.8 meters. It is best to make two layers of waterproofing in the bathroom.
When laying the heating cable floor heating floor, you can not use a moisture-proof mat underneath, because the moisture-proof mat is insulated, which will affect the heat conduction and increase energy consumption. The insulation board when the heating cable is laid is moisture-proof and provides the "foot feel" of the floor.
