► Reason (1)
The power supply tends to zero or is low;
► Corrective Methods
overhaul of the power supply system;
► Reason (2)
Some of the fittings are not connected or the electric heat trace is cut off;
► Corrective Methods
Overhaul the accessories and electric heat tracing, recalculate the should calorific value (PA) of the circuit, and compare it with the design power (PI);
► Reason (3)
There are improper connections in some accessories;
► Corrective Methods
Tighten the accessories and electric heat tracing, and tighten the screws at each connection point;
► Reason (4)
The thermostat is incorrectly adjusted to the state of being turned off;
► Corrective Methods
readjust the thermostat;
► Reason (5)
1. The pipeline is in a high temperature state, and the electric heat trace has been damaged;
2. The electric heat trace has been damaged by exposure to excessive ambient temperature;
3. The electric heat trace has been damaged by exposure to moisture;
► Corrective Methods
Measure the temperature of the pipeline and recalculate the heat generation (PA), if the design power (PI)/heat generation (PA) is less than 0.75, replace or supplement the electric heat tracing;
