► Reason (1)
Low-temperature power transmission tripping: over-length, causing overload tripping, the maximum length of use is restricted by the size of the cross-section of the conductive wire core of the product, the ambient temperature at the start of the nominal power or the temperature of the heating system;

►Corrective Methods

Carry out preliminary thermal or electrical design according to the design document, and install according to the number of installations or precautions;

 

► Reason (2)

Short-circuit tripping: short circuit caused by the twisting of two wires at the end of the tail; If the contact is not properly insulated or the intermediate insulation layer is damaged, if it is normal during the first use and there is a short circuit in the middle of the process, it is generally caused by the following reasons:

a. The head and tail end insulation layer shrinks, revealing the conductive part;

b. Use absorbent insulating tape;

c. There is a hidden danger of damage to the insulation layer of the product or the insulation layer added to the contact during installation is not waterproof;

Therefore, when A., B., and C are in the wet state, there will be a short circuit;

►Corrective Methods

Corresponding to the cause of the accident shall be corrected with reference to the specifications and precautions;

 

► Reason (3)

Contact or intermediate burn-out tripping: the circuit is not installed with leakage protection, the product selection is incorrect, the overcurrent protection function is not installed with the corresponding capacity of the leakage short-circuit and the limited overload protection of the safety line, when the above 1 and 2 situations occur, it will lead to the burning of the electric heat trace and cause various accidents;

►Corrective Methods

Any line must be equipped with leakage protection and overcurrent protection devices, and the product type must be shielded or shielded strengthened;
