Job Description:

1. Responsible for the promotion, marketing, and market development of the company's products, and achieving the expected sales targets.

2. Collect and search for customer information, establish sales channels, and prepare expected sales plans.

3. Based on the sales tasks assigned by the company, determine sales targets, develop sales plans, and complete sales tasks.

4. Visit and develop clients according to plan, maintain client relationships, and plan long-term strategic partnerships between clients.

5. Regularly organize market research, collect market information, analyze market trends, characteristics, and competitive development trends, and submit market research reports to provide a basis for the company's business decisions.

6. Develop a budget for sales expenses, control sales costs, and increase budget profits.

7. Track, negotiate, sign and receive payments for business, as well as coordinate and handle various market issues.

8. Receive visiting customers, provide excellent after-sales service, and coordinate daily sales of physical goods.

Qualifications for the position:

Educational background:

◆ College degree or above in marketing or electrical automation related majors

Experience:

◆ More than 2 years of experience in sales related fields

Skills and techniques:

1. Male, aged 25 to 45, relevant industry experience is preferred;

2. More than two years of sales experience, with relevant work experience in HVAC or wire and cable industry market sales preferred;

3. Strong communication and coordination skills, good flexibility and learning ability;

4. Agile in response, familiar with various marketing methods, means, and processes, and have some practical operational experience;

5. Be down-to-earth, meticulous and serious in work, have a strong sense of responsibility, work actively and enthusiastically, have strong resistance to pressure, and have good teamwork spirit.
