Job Description:
1. Establish a project team according to the company's strategic planning instructions, develop the company's R&D and upgrade plans, organize and coordinate the implementation and landing of projects;
2. According to the relevant regulations of the company's research and development process, responsible for the full process control of product research and development, and controlling the quality of product development;
3. Responsible for communicating with the marketing department, collecting product requirements, gathering after-sales feedback information, and ensuring that the developed products meet user expectations;
4. Responsible for product development and improvement, completing the development and design of product and system integration, and independently undertaking projects;
5. Complete the design work of the project as required, and write technical documents, process flow, work instructions and other documents;
6. Responsible for designing product testing fixtures and writing testing documents, tracking, inspecting, and quality controlling product development;
7. Control and provide feedback on product quality, manage product risks, and take responsibility for the success or failure of the product;
8. Timely and accurately complete other related tasks assigned by the leader.

2. Educational background:
◆ New materials major, wire and cable, electrical automation, HVAC design, thermal power, mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronic information engineering and other power related colleges and universities, aged between 25-40, male students are preferred, with a bachelor's degree or above.
Strong hands-on ability, willing to engage in research work.
3. Experience:
More than 3 years of relevant work experience in electrical design and engineering management.
Advantages of having worked in electrical, cable, industrial control, and new material research and development are highly recommended for employment..
Priority will be given to those who have excellent academic performance and strong learning ability in school.
4. Skills and techniques:
Proficient in using CAD, WORD, EXCEL and other drafting and office software.
Familiar with the selection and application of various materials such as medium and low voltage electrical components, electronic components, cables, sensors, etc;
◆ Possess knowledge of electrical and automatic control, able to independently complete electrical professional drawings, familiar with electrical standards;
Capable of independently completing electrical design and low-voltage distribution related professional drawings;
◆ Strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork and communication skills, and good at learning; Strong hands-on ability.
