Job Description:
1. Responsible for improving and innovating the performance and insulation efficiency of the company's electric heat tracing system products;
2. Responsible for drafting new project proposals and developing specialized products for the company;
3. Responsible for formulating production technology standards and testing standards for electric heat tracing products;
4. Responsible for the research and development project of electric heat tracing related accessory products;
5. Responsible for applying for company patent products and writing product manuals;
6. Responsible for discovering and analyzing market demand for products, designing product functions, coordinating and following up on project progress, and participating in product testing;
7. Continuously explore user needs for product innovation, plan product development and functional planning reasonably, and coordinate and promote the implementation of product functions;
8. Responsible for communicating with the marketing department, collecting product requirements, collecting after-sales feedback information, investigating the highest point products and technologies in the industry, understanding user pain points and urgent needs, forming feasible development execution plans, and ensuring that the developed products and application technologies meet the expectations of users and the market;
9. Write and review product samples, display boards, and other sales tools, regularly provide product training for sales personnel, and explain product functions, uses, and innovative points in detail;
10. Capable of independently completing external product promotion work, including but not limited to media, distributors, and end users;
11. Collaborate with sales personnel to visit customers, accurately introduce product knowledge, and design experimental plans based on customer needs to support sales personnel in achieving product results transformation.
12. Provide constructive suggestions for the long-term development strategy of the product, conduct relevant market research, and provide corresponding basis for the company's decision-making level.
13. Timely and accurately complete other related tasks assigned by the leader.

2. Educational background:
◆ New materials majors, wire and cable, electrical automation, HVAC design, thermal power, mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronic information engineering and other power related colleges, aged between 24-40, male students are preferred, with a bachelor's degree or above.
Strong hands-on ability, willing to engage in research work.
3. Experience:
More than 2 years of relevant work experience.
Priority will be given to those who have worked in electrical, cable, industrial control, and new material research and development.

4. Skills and techniques:
Proficient in R&D workflow, with document editing skills, and proficient in using office software and CAD drawing software;
Familiar with national and industry standards, strong market development and industry expansion capabilities, as well as product management skills;
